These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrackMyLead ("Service"), provided by TrackMyLead ("we," "us," or "our"). By using TrackMyLead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use TrackMyLead. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

To use TrackMyLead, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of TrackMyLead require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period, except as required by law.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse TrackMyLead. Prohibited uses include:

  • Attempting to disrupt, disable, or impair the Service
  • Accessing the Service using automated tools not provided by us
  • Sharing or reselling the Service without written authorisation (except on our Enterprise plan with white-label terms)
  • Using the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations

5. Integrations with Third-Party Platforms

TrackMyLead connects to third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot via API. By connecting these accounts, you authorise TrackMyLead to read and process data from those systems to generate your reports.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or their practices. TrackMyLead is a reporting and attribution layer, it does not modify, delete, or write data back to your CRM.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of TrackMyLead is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Availability and Support

We provide dedicated support to current customers, including 24×7 technical support with a 1-hour response time guarantee on paid plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual Property

TrackMyLead and all related content, features, reporting widgets, and functionality are owned by TrackMyLead and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackMyLead is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyLead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or issues caused by third-party integrations. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to TrackMyLead in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrackMyLead after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
